EDUCAIT – www.educait.org is a Bengaluru-based charitable organisation working in the area of education and student development. Its programmes include student scholarships, mentoring, tutoring, communication and career development, and mental health screening.

Role

EDUCAIT is looking for a Sales Lead with proven experience in fundraising for NGOs. The person will be responsible for identifying and converting funding opportunities from HNIs, philanthropists and corporates through CSR.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and build a pipeline of HNIs, philanthropists and CSR prospects.
- Generate leads through cold outreach, networking, referrals and skilled networks.
- Develop relationships with potential donors and CSR decision-makers.
- Present EDUCAIT's programmes and fundraising requirements.
- Prepare and follow up on donor and CSR proposals.
- Convert prospects into donations and CSR partnerships.
- Maintain a fundraising pipeline and report regularly on progress and funds raised.




- Work with the EDUCAIT team on donor engagement and reporting.

Required Experience

- Prior experience in NGO fundraising, with a demonstrable track record of raising funds.
- Strong experience in cold outreach and networking
- Ability to independently build and manage donor relationships.
- Strong communication, presentation and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable engaging with HNIs, business leaders and CSR teams

Preferred

- Experience in education and/or mental health
- Existing network among HNIs, philanthropists or corporate/CSR decision-makers.
- Experience in securing CSR funding for NGOs.

Location & Compensation

Location: Banashankari, Bengaluru

Work: From office, 5 days a week

Salary: Approximately ₹35,000 per month + incentives
