Responsibilities:

- Identify and generate potential leads through online research, databases, social media, and other channels.
- Conduct market and prospect research to identify target customers.
- Make outbound calls, send emails, and use other communication channels to connect with prospects.
- Qualify leads based on business requirements, interest, budget, and buying potential.
- Maintain and regularly update lead information in CRM systems.
- Schedule meetings and product/service demos for the sales team.
- Follow up with prospective customers and maintain consistent communication.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead-generation strategies.
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly lead-generation activities and targets.
- Maintain accurate records of conversations, follow-ups, and lead status.




- Achieve assigned lead-generation and appointment-setting targets.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Minimum 12th pass (Graduation preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
