About the Role We are looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented, and highly team-oriented professional to join the Partner Matters function. This role will work closely with Partners, Associate Partners, and key stakeholders across the organization to support critical partner lifecycle processes, leadership engagement initiatives, and strategic programs. The role offers significant exposure to senior leadership and requires strong stakeholder management, project coordination, communication, and execution capabilities to ensure a seamless and impactful experience for the leaders in the firm. Key Responsibilities ✅ Support and manage key Partner Matters processes, programs, and initiatives across the partner lifecycle.



✅ Partner with senior leaders, business stakeholders, and enabling functions to drive effective execution of strategic priorities. ✅ Coordinate and manage partner-related communications, meetings and engagement forums. ✅ Plann and execute leadership events, partner conferences, recognition initiatives, and key organizational programs. ✅ Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and stakeholder satisfaction. ✅ Develop reports, dashboards, presentations, and leadership updates to support decision-making and program governance. ✅ Drive process improvements and operational excellence initiatives to enhance the overall partner experience. ✅ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of key milestones and business objectives.
