nThe Technical Sales Engineer serves as the critical technical interface between customers and the organization's engineering, product development, manufacturing, and sales teams. The role is responsible for understanding customer applications, translating technical requirements into viable product solutions, and ensuring seamless communication throughout the sales cycle.
nThis position requires strong technical expertise, customer engagement capabilities, problem-solving skills, and commercial awareness to support business growth. The incumbent will provide application engineering support, facilitate product customization, manage technical discussions, resolve customer challenges, and contribute significantly to achieving business objectives through improved gross margins and revenue generation.
nThe role acts as a trusted technical advisor to customers while supporting internal stakeholders in delivering innovative, cost-effective, and technically superior solutions.

nProvide in-depth technical knowledge and assistance to customers for both standard and custom-engineered products with respective product line.
nCustomer Relationship Management
