nAbout the Role
nControl One is looking for a Computer Vision Engineer with 3–5 years of experience to build and deploy production-grade Vision AI systems for industrial automation, robotics, and autonomous applications.
nYou'll own problems across the full computer vision lifecycle — from data and model development to optimization, deployment, and real-world validation.
nWhat You'll Do

- n
- Develop and deploy systems for object detection, segmentation, tracking, pose estimation, and scene understandingn
- Train and optimize models using YOLO, CNNs, Transformers, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and related frameworksn
- Build real-time vision pipelines using Python, OpenCV, and GStreamern
- Prepare, curate, and analyze image/video datasetsn
- Optimize and deploy models on edge/embedded platformsn
- Debug and improve vision systems in real-world industrial environmentsn
- Integrate Vision AI with cameras, embedded hardware, robotics, and industrial equipmentn




- Evaluate model performance, investigate edge cases, and continuously improve accuracy, latency, and reliabilityn
- Collaborate with AI/ML, robotics, firmware, and hardware engineersn
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical design and architecturen

nWhat We're Looking For

- n
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in computer vision / deep learningn
- Strong Python, OpenCV, and deep learning fundamentalsn
- Solid experience with PyTorch/TensorFlow and object detection/segmentationn
- Experience taking models from prototype to productionn
- Understanding of model optimization, inference performance, and real-time systemsn
- Experience working with Linux, Git, Docker, and GStreamern
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills with real-world image/video datan

nGood to Have
