nJob Summary
nJeena Sikho Lifecare Ltd. is looking for a proactive and highly organized Personal Assistant to provide administrative and executive support to senior management. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be proficient in handling emails, scheduling meetings, maintaining confidential information, and ensuring smooth day-to-day coordination.

nKey Responsibilities

- n
- Manage and monitor the executive's email inbox, draft professional emails, and ensure timely responses.n
- Schedule, organize, and coordinate meetings, appointments, and calendar activities.n
- Prepare meeting agendas, record minutes of meetings (MOM), and follow up on action items.n
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of management.n
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents using MS Office.n
- Maintain confidential records, files,



and important documents.n
- Track pending tasks and ensure timely completion through regular follow-ups.n
- Handle phone calls, correspondence, and visitor coordination professionally.n
- Support management with daily administrative and operational activities.n
- Maintain MIS reports and organize business-related data.n
- Perform other duties assigned by senior management.n

nQualifications

- Graduate in any discipline (Mandatory).n

- Experiencen
- 3–5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Secretary.n
- Experience supporting senior management or directors is preferred.n
