nTechnical Expertise:

- Strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices & REST APIsn
- Frontend experience with React / Angular; Vue.js knowledge is an added advantagen
- Solid JavaScript / TypeScript fundamentalsn
- Experience with CI/CD, Docker & Kubernetesn
- Exposure to messaging technologies such as RabbitMQ, Redis, MQTT / MQn
- Ability to provide technical direction while remaining hands-on when requiredn

n? Strong People Management is Mandatory
nThis role requires 4+ years of end-to-end people management experience, beyond technical team leadership.
nCandidates should have hands-on experience in:

- Performance managementn
- KRA / KPI discussions and goal settingn
- Performance reviews and appraisalsn
- Regular feedback, coaching and development conversationsn
- Team reporting and people managementn
- Managing team performance, growth and engagementn

n⚠️ Technical team leadership alone will not suffice. Candidates must have demonstrated experience in complete people management and reporting responsibilities.

- Experience in product engineering organizations or technology-first companies preferredn
- Strong service-industry candidates with deep hands-on expertise and product exposure may also be consideredn
- Experience working with global stakeholders, preferably European stakeholdersn
- Strong career stability with an average tenure of 2.5–3 yearsn
- No academic gaps during Engineering / Master’sn
