nMinimum Qualification

nKey Responsibilities and Duties
n
- n
- Provide front-line production support for business and IT teams, ensuring application stability, efficiency, and resiliency.n
- Monitor and troubleshoot Azure cloud applications to maintain high availability and performance.n
- Configure, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployments.n
- Detect, analyze, and resolve production incidents, performance issues, and deployment failures.n
- Implement monitoring, alerting, and logging using tools such as Dynatrace.n
- Automate operational tasks through scripting to improve efficiency.n
- Collaborate with development and QA teams to optimize workflows and implement security best practices.n
- Support disaster recovery (DR), production installs, and scheduled weekend maintenance.n
