nJob Summary
nWe are seeking an experienced AWS Connect Developer with 5+ years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing cloud-based contact center solutions using Amazon Connect. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in contact center technologies, AWS services, IVR development, workflow automation, API integrations, and customer experience solutions.

nKey Responsibilities

- n
- Design, develop, and implement contact center solutions using Amazon Connect.n
- Configure and manage contact flows, routing profiles, queues, prompts, and user management.n
- Develop IVR and self-service applications utilizing Amazon Connect capabilities.n
- Integrate Amazon Connect with CRM, ServiceNow, Salesforce, and third-party applications.n
- Develop serverless solutions using AWS Lambda and API Gateway.n




- Implement real-time and historical reporting using Amazon Connect analytics.n
- Troubleshoot call routing, telephony, and integration-related issues.n
- Automate operational processes and optimize customer experience workflows.n
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.n
- Support production deployments and perform system enhancements.n
