Position Overview
nWe are seeking a highly skilled and passionate AVP - Java Full Stack to join our Global Markets IT team in Bengaluru . As a key member of our team, you will design, develop, and install software solutions to support our capital markets platforms. You will be responsible for building high-quality, innovative, and fully performing software, collaborating with onshore and offshore teams, and providing technical guidance to ensure the delivery of robust and scalable solutions.

nJob Responsibilities

- Engineer solutions for complex problems involving capital markets platformsn
- Hands-on full-stack development (UI, Middleware, Services/API, Backend (SQL))n
- Architect highly performant applications/modules using appropriate frameworks/toolsn
- Deliver robust and scalable solutions rapidly in an agile wayn
- Ensure usage of appropriate practices to ensure high quality and data security protocolsn
- Provide 3rd line support, working with the Application production support teamn




- Manage day-to-day tasks and be accountable for deliveries from offshoren
- Collaborate with Onshore and Offshore teamsn

nRequired Skills and Experience
n
- n
- Bachelor's degree in a related area (Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent)n
- 12-15 years of hands-on experience in Java full-stack development in an enterprise environmentn
- Solid knowledge of Java (preferably Java 21), Spring Boot, Hibernate, and SQLn
- Experience with front-end technologies such as Angular, RxJS, Typescript, and JavaScriptn
- Understanding of data security protocols and controlsn
- Strong collaboration and teamwork skillsn
- Ability to operate autonomously without supervision and make decisive decisionsn
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skillsn
