nWe are looking for a strong Full Stack Developer with hands-on experience in Node.js, React, JavaScript and AWS. The ideal candidate will be self-driven, technically strong, and comfortable designing and developing scalable cloud-based applications and APIs.
nKey Responsibilities

- Design and develop O2P's web platform and APIs.n
- Build scalable, secure and cost-effective applications in the AWS cloud.n
- Work with AWS services including Lambda, ECS, API Gateway and RDS.n
- Develop and maintain RESTful microservices using Node.js.n
- Evaluate and adopt appropriate technologies and tools for business requirements.n
- Follow strong engineering, quality and DevOps practices, including unit testing.n
- Contribute to CI/CD, observability, reliability and test automation.n
- Design solutions considering upstream and downstream system impacts.n
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.n




- Support applications in production and troubleshoot issues when required.n
- Collaborate with and mentor team members across APAC, EMEA and the US.n

nRequired Skills & Qualifications

- 3–5 years of relevant hands-on software development experience.n
- Robust experience with Node.js, React and JavaScript.n
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS and cloud-based application development.n
- Experience building RESTful APIs and microservices.n
- Good understanding of both Relational and NoSQL databases.n
- Strong understanding of API security and data encryption.n
- Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, observability and test automation.n
- Ability to design scalable, highly available, resilient and cost-effective applications.n
- Strong architectural and problem-solving skills.n
- Good communication and collaboration skills.n
