JOB DESCRIPTION

Role: AGM/DGM – FINANCE & ACCOUNTS
Industry: Pharmaceutical / Other Electronics/ Aerospace products Manufacturing
Department: Finance & Accounts
Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) – First Attempt Preferred
Experience: Minimum 14 years of post-qualification experience, predominantly in manufacturing; pharmaceutical industry/ Aerospace industry experience preferred





ROLE PURPOSE
The DGM – Finance & Accounts will be responsible for managing the Company's Finance & Accounts function encompassing financial accounting and reporting, taxation, banking, treasury, working capital, budgeting, MIS, audits and financial controls.
The incumbent will report to the CFO – Finance & Accounts and should be capable of independently managing day-to-day finance operations while providing accurate and timely financial information, analysis and decision support to senior management.
The position requires a hands-on Chartered Accountant with robust technical, analytical and leadership capabilities, preferably with significant exposure to pharmaceutical / Aerospace manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Accounting & Reporting
- Lead monthly, quarterly and annual book closure and ensure timely and accurate finalization of accounts.
- Review Trial Balanc
