Dietitian + Client Success Executive

nWe are hiring a Dietitian who genuinely enjoys talking to people and closing conversations, not just writing diet plans.

nAt Niwi, our dietitians do not sit in silos. The best ones on our team are the ones who can explain the value of what we do, handle a hesitant lead on a call, and convert interest into enrollment, without sounding like a salesperson.

nIf you have a clinical background but you have always been the person in the room who is positive at persuading, explaining, and building trust fast, this role is built for you.

n What you will do:
n
- n
- Handle inbound leads via WhatsApp and phone calls and convert them into paying clientsn
- Conduct brief consultations that double as discovery + pitch callsn
- Manage active clients on our Standard and Select programsn
- Create diet plans, follow up on compliance, and run weekly video sessionsn
- Work closely with our senior dietitians and sales team to handoff and escalate where neededn

n What we are looking for:

- n
- BSc or MSc in Dietetics,



Nutrition, or Food Science (mandatory)n
- 1 to 3 years of clinical or online nutrition experiencen
- Someone who has done client-facing work and is comfortable on callsn
- Strong communication in Hindi and Englishn
- Comfortable using WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets, and basic toolsn
- Bonus: prior experience in a wellness startup or D2C health brandn
