WE ARE HIRING | INSIDE SALES EXECUTIVE / ACADEMIC COUNSELLOR Location: Noida Experience: Minimum 6 Months in Inside Sales / Academic Counselling Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM Working Days: Monday to Saturday Weekly Off: Sunday Key Responsibilities: • Counsel prospective students regarding UG/PG programs • Handle inbound and outbound leads • Understand student requirements and provide appropriate guidance • Convert potential leads into enrollments • Regular follow-ups with interested candidates • Maintain accurate student data and updates in CRM • Achieve monthly sales and enrollment targets ✅ What We're Looking For: ✔ Minimum 6 months of experience in Inside Sales or Academic Counselling ✔ Excellent communication and convincing skills ✔ Robust sales and negotiation abilities ✔ Target-driven mindset ✔ Experience in Lead Conversion and Relationship Building
