- Connect with prospective students and understand their career goals.

- Provide course guidance and counseling to students.

- Handle leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.

- Follow up with interested candidates and maintain regular communication.

- Explain course details, benefits, and enrollment processes.

- Maintain lead records and update sales trackers.

- Work with the sales team to achieve assigned targets.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Confident approach while interacting with students.

- Positive convincing and negotiation abilities.

- Willingness to learn and work in a target-oriented environment.
