We are looking for a full-time Sales Intern to join the passionate Codingal team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Responsible for student retention, renewals, and referrals
2. Dial 100-150 customers a day, and interact with customers via calls and messages
3. Achieve monthly targets in a highly performance-driven,



competitive environment

What We’re Looking For

1. Computer Science or technical background preferred but not mandatory
2. Freshers looking to build a career in sales are welcome to apply
3. Exceptional communicator and influencer who can deliver a sales pitch like a charm and maintain healthy customer relationships
4. Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a tech field

Compensation & Perks

- INR 22,000 stipend per month, with additional incentives of up to INR 15,000 based on target achievement
- Potential PPO after 6 months (based on performance): 4L fixed annual salary + 6L annual incentives (up to 10L total cash CTC)

Work Location & Schedule

- Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore, India
- Shift Time: 1 pm to 10 pm
- Week Off: Any one day between Monday and Friday
- This is an in-person role, with no remote option available.
