Inside Sales Intern

Want to start your career in Sales & Business Development and learn what it takes to turn a customer enquiry into a confirmed booking? Housr is looking for an energetic, confident and results-driven Inside Sales Intern to join our team in Gurgaon. You won’t be responsible for finding leads. You’ll work on generated leads and own the journey from first conversation to booking.

What you’ll do

- Connect with prospective residents through calls, WhatsApp & email
- Understand customer requirements and recommend the right Housr property
- Present Housr’s rooms, properties, amenities and services in a compelling way
- Follow up consistently with prospects and move them through the sales funnel
- Handle customer questions and objections effectively
- Coordinate property visits with the on-ground team
- Drive prospects towards successful booking closures
- Keep lead interactions and conversions updated in the CRM
- Work towards and achieve monthly sales targets

- Freshers / recent graduates / students with strong communication skills
- Confident and comfortable speaking with customers
- Strong persuasion and relationship-building skills
- Good follow-up and negotiation abilities
- Customer-first mindset with a hunger to achieve targets
- High energy, ownership and willingness to learn
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

What you get:

- ₹20,000 – ₹30,000/month
- Gurgaon
- 6-Month Internship

Potential full-time prospect based on performance At Housr, you’ll get hands-on exposure to B2C sales, customer conversations, property sales, CRM, negotiations and the complete booking journey while working with an experienced sales team.
