Role & responsibilities

- Lead and drive regional sales strategy for diesel generator solutions across Pune & Mumbai markets

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in industrial, commercial, real estate, healthcare, and infrastructure sectors

- Build and maintain robust relationships with EPC contractors, consultants, facility managers, and project developers

- Provide technical consultation and solution-based selling for DG sets and power backup systems

- Prepare and present technical proposals, BOQs, commercial quotations, and project presentations

- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation, contract closure, and project handover

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and emerging customer requirements

- Lead and mentor regional sales teams, ensuring performance tracking, training, and achievement of sales targets

- Manage sales forecasts, budgets, and performance metrics to ensure revenue growth and profitability

- Collaborate with engineering, operations,



and service teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction

- Implement sales process improvements and CRM-based sales tracking systems to enhance operational efficiency

- Strengthen brand positioning and market presence through strategic partnerships and key account management

Preferred candidate profile

- Strong understanding of DG sets, power ratings, load calculations, and backup power solutions

- Excellent negotiation, client management, and technical presentation skills

- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and technical documentation preparation

- Willingness to travel for client meetings, project discussions, and site visits

- Strong command of local Marathi language (mandatory), along with Hindi & English

- Internal: Engineering, Operations, Service Teams, Regional Sales Team

- External: EPC contractors, consultants, facility managers, project developers
