Role & responsibilities

1. Cold Calling (telephonic) outreach

- Cold-calling via Google, Justdial, Indiamart, and to centrally shared prospect leads

- Follow up with leads generated nationally

- Convert qualified leads (self generated & nationally shared into successfully onboarded Sales Consultants i.e. successful KYC as a registered Eureka Forbes seller)

1. Offline Recruitment & Network Expansion

- Field Recruitment & Community Outreach for the below profiles:

- WiFi sales agents & Technicians

- AC technicians

- Electricians

- Plumbers

- Architects

- Electronics & appliance shops

- Hardware outlets

- Interior designers

- Contractors

- Students

1. Execute Hiring & Onboarding Events

Organize and execute

- Hiring camps

- Local recruitment drives

- Community onboarding sessions

- Coordinate venue arrangements, registrations and follow-up activities.

- Support college outreach programs and campus recruitment events led by the City Head.

1. Local Marketing Execution

Coordinate execution of local awareness initiatives including:

- Newspaper inserts

- Local pamphlet distribution

- RWA campaigns

- Referral campaigns

- Local promotional activities

Support CURRENT Sales Consultants

Assist newly onboarded Sales Consultants by:

- Helping them complete onboarding

- Guiding them through app registration

- Explaining how the app works & how to earn from the app

- Directing product-related queries to the relevant support teams

- Encouraging participation in training sessions

1. Support the City Head in ANY & EVERY WAY for expanding recruitment within the city

Escalate complex issues to the City Head wherever required.

Preferred candidate profile

- 26 years of experience in field sales, channel sales, recruitment, business development or partner acquisition.

- Experience in customer-facing or community-based roles preferred.

- Preferred Backgrounds, candidates with experience in:

- Telecom broadband sales (Airtel, Jio, ACT, Hathway, Excitel, GTPL)

- Gig economy companies (Swiggy, Zomato, Blinkit, Uber, Rapido, Zepto)

- Insurance agency recruitment

- Minimum Qualification 12th or Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university
