Sales Executive –

Key Responsibilities

● Handle inbound leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.

● Understand students' career goals and recommend relevant programs.

● Conduct counselling and sales calls with students and parents.

● Convert qualified leads into course enrollments.

● Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

● Explain course structure, fees, career opportunities, and program perks.

● Maintain accurate lead and sales records in CRM/Google Sheets.

● Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.

● Work closely with the marketing and academic teams to improve lead conversion.

● Participate in online/offline events, webinars, and student counselling sessions when required.

What We're Looking For

● Strong communication and convincing skills.

● Comfortable speaking with students and parents.

● Target-oriented and motivated by sales.

● Good follow-up and negotiation skills.





● Basic understanding of gaming/esports is a strong advantage.

● Prior experience in EdTech, education counselling, gaming, esports, or inside sales is preferred.

● Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude can also apply.

Compensation Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month + attractive performance incentives Compensation will depend on experience, communication skills, and sales performance.

● Lead-to-counselling conversion

● Counselling-to-enrollment conversion

● Monthly revenue generated

● Number of enrollments

● Follow-up efficiency

● Achievement of monthly sales targets
