Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have prior sales experience, excellent communication skills, and be confident in handling customer conversations and sales calls.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads through calls, messages, and other communication channels.
- Understand customer requirements and effectively communicate our products and services.
- Convert leads into successful sales and consistently work toward assigned targets.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers to maximize conversions.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, follow-ups, and sales.
- Build strong relationships with customers and ensure a professional customer experience.




- Coordinate with the relevant teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and calling targets.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of prior experience in sales is preferred.
- Fluent in English, with excellent spoken and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Comfortable with regular and high-volume calling.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and persistent.
- Ability to handle customer objections and confidently close sales.
- Good organizational and follow-up skills.
- Professional attitude, punctuality, and strong work ethic.

What We’re Looking For We are looking for someone who is confident on the phone, takes ownership of their targets, follows up consistently, and is focused on delivering measurable sales results.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
