Role Description The Sales Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Raipur.

The Sales

Executive will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential customers, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and promoting the company’s range of electrical modular switches, wires, and water pumps. Daily tasks include visiting customers, explaining product features and pricing, preparing quotations, negotiating terms, and closing sales. The role also involves tracking orders, coordinating with internal teams for timely delivery, and maintaining accurate sales records and reports.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in electrical products, building materials, or related industries.
- Strong customer relationship management skills and the ability to build trust with retailers, contractors, and business clients.
- Positive communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and local languages.
- Ability to work independently in the field, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets.
- Basic understanding of electrical products such as switches, wires, and water pumps, or willingness to learn quickly.
- Proficiency in using mobile and computer tools for reporting, documentation, and basic MS Office applications.
- Minimum educational qualification: graduate degree or diploma in business, marketing, or a relevant field; comparable experience may be considered.
- Valid local travel arrangements and readiness to travel within Raipur and nearby areas for client visits
