We are looking for a result-oriented Sales Executive who can convert qualified leads into clients and understands how digital marketing and branding services can solve business problems.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with inbound and outbound leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and online meetings.
- Understand the client's business, marketing goals, challenges, and requirements.
- Present and explain Taiiki Media's digital marketing and branding solutions effectively.
- Convert qualified leads into paying clients and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Conduct sales calls, follow-ups, presentations, and proposal discussions.
- Prepare and share proposals/quotations based on client requirements.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups with prospects throughout the sales cycle.
- Negotiate commercials and close deals while maintaining healthy margins.
- Maintain accurate lead and sales pipeline information in CRM/sales sheets.
- Coordinate with the strategy, performance marketing, social media, branding, and creative teams for smooth onboarding.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and identify opportunities for upselling/cross-selling services.
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends, advertising platforms, branding strategies, and industry developments.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in sales,



preferably in a digital marketing, advertising, branding, media, or creative company.
- Strong understanding of services such as:
- Performance Marketing – Meta & Google Ads
- Social Media Marketing
- Branding & Brand Strategy
- Influencer Marketing
- Website & Creative Services
- Content Marketing
- PR & Digital Growth
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
- Ability to understand client requirements and recommend the right services.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable conducting sales calls and online meetings with business owners, founders, and decision-makers.
- Target-oriented, confident, proactive, and self-motivated.
- Good knowledge of CRM tools, Google Sheets, WhatsApp, and email communication is preferred.

What We’re Looking For We are looking for someone who is not just a lead caller but a complete sales skilled who can understand a prospect's requirement, position the right solution, handle objections, follow up consistently, and close the deal.

Compensation Salary: Depends on last salary + Performance Incentives

Additional Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives on successful client conversions.
