Job Summary

Real Experts is looking for a dynamic, confident, and target-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to join our growing sales team.

The candidate will be responsible for handling leads, understanding customer requirements, presenting suitable real estate projects, arranging site visits, maintaining regular follow-ups, and converting prospects into successful bookings.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle company-generated and self-generated leads through calls, WhatsApp, references, and other channels.
- Understand customers' requirements, budget, and investment preferences.
- Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, location advantages, amenities, and investment benefits.
- Schedule and conduct property/site visits with prospective customers.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and prospective buyers.
- Handle customer queries, objections, negotiations, and closing discussions professionally.
- Convert qualified leads into site visits and successful property bookings.
- Build and maintain robust long-term relationships with customers.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and booking targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, site visits, and bookings.
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and smooth booking processes.
- Stay updated about projects, inventory, pricing, competitors, and real estate market trends.




- Submit daily/weekly sales reports to the reporting manager.

Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in Real Estate Sales / Property Sales / Business Development preferred.
- Candidates from Banking, Insurance, Automobile, Telecom, Hospitality, or other sales industries may also be considered.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Good customer handling and follow-up skills.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and result-driven personality.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.
- Knowledge of Noida/Greater Noida real estate market will be an advantage.
