Position: Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Sales Executive to drive the sales of diagnostic instruments and reagents in the assigned territory. The candidate will be responsible for developing customer relationships, managing existing accounts, generating new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

● Drive sales of diagnostic instruments and reagents in the assigned territory.

● Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify recent business opportunities.

● Monitor and grow the Hematology business through regular customer visits and effective account management.

● Conduct 6–8 customer/market visits per day to generate leads, understand customer requirements, and promote products.

● Follow up on leads, enquiries, quotations, and sales opportunities to achieve assigned targets.

● Maintain regular communication with customers and provide appropriate product information and support.





● Prepare and submit daily work reports to the Reporting Manager, including customer visits,

leads, follow-ups, and business updates.

● Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills

● Graduate in Science, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field preferred.

● 1–2 years of experience in medical device, diagnostics, IVD, or healthcare sales.

● Experience in Hematology/Diagnostic products will be an advantage.

● Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and customer-handling skills.

● Target-oriented with good territory management and relationship-building abilities.

● Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
