We are looking for an ambitious and result-oriented Sales Executive who can generate leads, acquire new clients, and contribute directly to the company's business growth.

Role Overview

This is a performance-driven sales position. Your earning potential will be directly linked to your sales performance and successful client conversions.

The ideal candidate should be confident in communication, comfortable with client interactions, strong in follow-ups, and motivated by achieving measurable sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new leads through cold calling, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, email, social media, and other channels.
- Identify potential businesses that require digital marketing and technology services.
- Contact prospects and understand their business requirements.
- Present Next AI Digital's services and solutions to potential clients.
- Schedule and conduct client calls or meetings.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain the sales pipeline.
- Prepare and share quotations and proposals.
- Negotiate with prospects and convert qualified leads into paying clients.
- Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, and conversions.
- Build long-term relationships with clients.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with the internal team after successful client conversion.

Performance & Incentives This position is strictly performance-oriented.

Your compensation and incentives will be linked to measurable results such as:

- Number of qualified leads generated
- Client meetings scheduled
- New clients acquired
- Monthly revenue generated
- Successful conversions
- Client retention and overall sales performance





Higher performance = Higher earning potential. There will be no fixed limit on incentives for high-performing candidates, subject to the company's incentive structure.
