We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves handling inside sales operations, generating leads, and driving client acquisition through effective communication and relationship management.

Responsibilities

- Conduct inside sales activities via calls, emails, and online platforms.

- Generate, qualify, and convert leads into long‑term clients.

- Present product/service details, address customer queries, and provide tailored solutions.

- Coordinate with field sales and operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.

- Maintain accurate records of leads, proposals, and closures in CRM/Excel.

- Prepare and share daily/weekly sales performance reports with management.

- Consistently achieve assigned sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or related field (preferred).

- 1–3 years of experience in inside sales/desk sales.

- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.

- Robust communication, negotiation, and client‑handling skills.
