Location: Kochi, Kerala (Covers all-Kerala territory; regular travel required)

We are establishing a dedicated advertising sales function and invite applications from energetic media sales professionals for the role of Sales Executive. This is an active field sales role focused on lead generation, client pitching, media space selling, and end-to-end account management across Kerala.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify, qualify, and build pipeline through cold calling and direct outreach to local businesses, retail brands, healthcare, education, real estate, and government accounts.
- Pitching & Deal Closure: Present custom media proposals, display packages, and rate cards to clients; follow up rigorously to convert leads into signed release orders.
- Client Servicing & Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the campaign lifecycle. Collect creative assets, verify campaign go-live status, and provide display proof to clients.
- Payment Collection: Manage billing follow-ups, ensure timely payment collections, and maintain healthy account receivables.
- Reporting & Field Activity:



Maintain daily field activity reports, update lead tracking in CRM tools, and travel regularly across Kerala for client meetings and site visits.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Experience: 2+ years in advertising, media, DOOH, OOH, or transit media sales. Experience selling billboards/hoardings, digital screens, mall/cinema media, radio, print, or events will be considered.
- Proven Sales Track Record: Demonstrated ability to generate independent leads, pitch confidently, and consistently close deals.
- Client & Collection Handling: Prior experience in end-to-end client relationship management and payment collection.
- Education: Graduate in any stream; MBA / PGDM in Marketing is preferred but not mandatory.
- Language & Mobility: Fluent in Malayalam and English (Hindi/Tamil is a plus). Must have a valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively across Kerala (own vehicle preferred).
- Tech Skills: Proficient with MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and standard CRM tools.
