Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive – Outbound Calling for one of our esteemed client. The role involves connecting with prospective customers who have shown interest through digital channels and helping them make informed purchase decisions.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact prospective customers through outbound calls.
- Handle leads generated through website enquiries, WhatsApp, social media, marketplaces, campaigns and referrals.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Explain product features and benefits clearly.
- Address customer questions and objections effectively.
- Follow up consistently with prospects until a purchase decision is made.
- Prioritize and manage assigned leads efficiently.
- Maintain accurate lead status and customer interaction history in the CRM.
- Drive lead-to-sale conversions and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Share customer feedback, objections and insights with relevant teams.

Required Skills

- Excellent spoken Hindi and good spoken English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.




- Persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Customer-oriented approach with the ability to understand customer needs.
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and spreadsheets.
- Target-driven and self-motivated.
- Good follow-up discipline and resilience.
- Freshers with strong communication and a genuine interest in sales may also be considered.

Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is confident, persuasive and comfortable interacting with customers over the phone. They should be able to build trust, understand customer needs, handle objections and consistently follow up with prospects.
