Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Gurugram.

The Sales

Executive will engage with prospective and existing clients, provide property consultations, and guide them through the full sales cycle from initial inquiry to closing. Daily activities include identifying new leads, conducting property presentations and site visits, maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, and following up on inquiries to convert opportunities into successful transactions. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure up-to-date market information, preparing proposals, negotiating terms,



and delivering a qualified, client-centered experience.

The Sales

Executive is expected to meet sales targets, represent the company at events or client meetings, and uphold ethical, transparent sales practices.

Qualifications

- Robust sales and negotiation abilities, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and long-term client relationships.
- Solid understanding of or interest in the Gurugram real estate market and investment-focused property sales.
- Ability to manage multiple leads and opportunities, with robust organizational and time-management skills.
- Comfort working on-site, conducting property visits, and engaging with clients in person.
- Proficiency with basic office software and CRM tools for maintaining accurate sales and client records.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
- Self-motivated, ethical approach to sales, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
