Responsibilities:

- Generate leads through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and understand their requirements.

- Follow up with leads and convert them into potential customers.

- Schedule meetings and product/service demos with clients.

- Handle client queries, objections, and negotiations professionally.

- Maintain regular follow-ups and build strong client relationships.

- Coordinate with the Business Development and technical teams.

- Maintain records of leads, calls, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM/Excel.

- Achieve monthly sales and lead conversion targets.

Required Skills:

- Excellent communication and convincing skills.

- Good knowledge of cold calling and lead generation.

- Robust follow-up and client-handling skills.

- Good negotiation and objection-handling abilities.

- Target-oriented and self-motivated.

- Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Excel.

- IT/software sales experience will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
