We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales Executive for the sales and business development of conveyor belts and industrial rubber products.

Candidates with experience in B2B sales of industrial products, engineering products, mechanical products, material-handling equipment, rubber products, industrial consumables, machinery or related products are encouraged to apply.

Previous conveyor belt experience is preferred but not mandatory. Candidates with good industrial sales exposure and the ability to understand technical products can also apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business for conveyor belts and industrial rubber products.
- Identify and approach potential industrial customers, dealers and distributors.
- Generate leads and enquiries through calling, networking, references and customer visits.
- Visit factories, plants and industrial customers for business development.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Prepare quotations and regularly follow up with customers for order conversion.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers and generate repeat business.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate internally for quotations, orders, production and dispatch.




- Maintain customer details, enquiry pipeline and sales reports.
- Monitor competitor activities, market pricing and new business opportunities.
- Travel within the assigned territory for customer meetings and sales development.

Candidate Requirements
- 2–5 years of B2B sales or business development experience.
- Experience in industrial, engineering, mechanical, manufacturing or related product sales preferred.
- Good communication, negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable with field sales and meeting industrial customers.
- Ability to generate leads and develop recent customers independently.
- Target-oriented with a strong interest in sales.
- Willing to travel regularly.

Preferred Background Candidates from conveyor belts, industrial rubber, material handling, machinery, engineering products, industrial consumables, mining, cement, steel, power, manufacturing or similar industries will have an advantage.

Candidates from other industrial B2B sales backgrounds with strong field-sales experience are also welcome to apply.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
