About the Role

We are seeking a confident, well-spoken candidate with robust communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people, build rapport, and persuade customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach potential customers/clients through calls, field visits, or digital channels
- Explain products/services clearly and address customer queries confidently
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Follow up with leads and convert them into confirmed sales
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and sales in CRM/reports




- Coordinate with the internal team for order processing and after-sales support
- Gather market and customer feedback to share with the team

Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building ability
- Confident and persuasive approach with customers
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, CRM tools)
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a target-driven environment
- Positive attitude and self-motivation

Eligibility
- Minimum qualification: Graduate (any discipline)
- Freshers are welcome to apply
- Prior internship/part-time sales exposure is a plus but not mandatory
