Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales & Calling Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, making follow-up calls, generating leads, assisting customers with product selection, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Respond to customer inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into sales.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable furniture products.
- Explain product features, pricing, offers, and services to customers.
- Schedule customer visits, measurements, and follow-ups when required.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the sales and showroom team to ensure smooth customer service.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and calling targets.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and coordinate with the concerned team for resolution.





Requirements
- Good communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Previous experience in sales, telecalling, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and WhatsApp.
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
