Sales Executive – Luxury Outdoor Living

Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹40,000 per month + Incentives

Experience: Minimum 2 years in Sales

About the Role The Outside Theory is a premium outdoor furniture and outdoor living brand. We are looking for a confident, well-presented and target-oriented Sales Executive to drive sales and build relationships with premium clients, architects, interior designers, builders and developers.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and manage sales leads and enquiries.
- Handle showroom clients and convert enquiries into sales.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Develop relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, landscapers and HNI clients.
- Conduct follow-ups, networking and field visits.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with design, production, delivery and installation teams.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from enquiry to order closure.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain accurate lead records.

Requirements




- Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Confident and presentable personality.
- Target-driven and self-motivated.
- Comfortable with client meetings and field visits.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM.

Preferred: Experience in luxury furniture, outdoor furniture, home décor, interiors, architecture, building materials, lighting, landscaping, real estate or hospitality. Experience in premium/luxury sales will be an advantage. A strong network across Panipat, Karnal, Sonipat or Delhi NCR is preferred.
