Application Support, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by establishing and nurturing relationships with clients in pathology labs & hospitals. Your expertise in RT-PCR technologies will play a pivotal role in promoting and selling our cutting-edge products and solutions.

Responsibilities

1. Client Engagement

- Identify and engage potential clients within the diagnostic labs, hospitals, academic, research, pharmaceutical,

and biotech industries who can benefit from our RT-PCR products.
- Initiate and maintain effective communication with clients to understand their research needs and challenges.

- Product Presentation and Consultation

- Discuss about our range of RT-PCR products with clients as per client development procedure.
- Provide consultative guidance to clients, showcasing how our products can address their specific scientific objectives.
- Assist the senior sales person during their visit in your area.

- Sales Strategy and Execution

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed targets, contributing to the company's overall growth.
- Collaborate with the sales team (seniors & juniors)



and management to optimize sales strategies and market penetration.

- Relationship Building

- Establish strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, becoming a trusted advisor for their scientific endeavours.
- Understand client feedback and relay it to the product and marketing teams for continuous improvement.

- Networking

- Prepare the distributor network to smooth our relation with our clients.
- Preparation of DVR and update it on regular basis.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant life sciences discipline (Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, Genetics, etc.).

Advanced degree is advantageous.
- Proven track record in Sales / Application Support within the life sciences, biotechnology, or laboratory equipment sectors.
- Strong knowledge of RT-PCR technologies and applications.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Willingness to travel to meet clients and attend industry events (travel requirements may vary).
