Smart Shram Media is a growing Digital Marketing & Creative Media Agency providing services such as Social Media Marketing, Performance Marketing, Reels & Video Production, Graphic Design, Branding, Google Ads, SEO, and Content Creation.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Sales Telecaller to join our growing team.
Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and generate leads.
- Explain our digital marketing and creative services to prospects.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable services.
- Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp.
- Schedule meetings between potential clients and our sales/management team.
- Maintain proper records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Build good relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Achieve monthly sales and lead-conversion targets.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth client onboarding.
Requirements
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Hindi/Gujarati/English communication preferred.
- Confident and positive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and follow-ups.
- Basic computer and WhatsApp knowledge.
- Freshers are welcome if they have good communication and confidence.
- Prior telecalling/sales experience will be an advantage.
Salary & Benefits
- 15,000 25,000/month based on skills and experience.
