About United Conserves Pvt. Ltd. (UPlug):

United Conserves Pvt. Ltd. is an emerging Electric Vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure provider operating under the brand name UPlug. We deploy rapid, reliable public EV charging stations across key highway routes, commercial hubs, and cities in Maharashtra.

Role Overview:

We are hiring an experienced Senior Field Sales Executive on company payroll. In this on-ground business development role, your primary responsibility will be scouting strategic commercial locations and onboarding property owners as EV charging host partners.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct daily field visits to scout prime commercial sites (Hotels, Highway Restaurants, Dhabas, Resorts, Commercial Complexes, and Landowners).
- Meet property owners, present commercial partnership proposals, and secure site agreements.
- Leverage existing local commercial networks to build and maintain a steady pipeline of partner locations.




- Complete site acquisition documentation and achieve monthly deployment targets.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- 2 to 3+ years of proven experience in aggressive on-ground field sales, merchant onboarding, or commercial space acquisition.
- Previous background in Beverage distribution, FMCG, Ice Cream retail, Commercial Real Estate, or Automobile networks is preferred.
- Strong existing relationships with local hotel operators, highway restaurants, and commercial property owners.
- Must own a two-wheeler (bike) with a valid driving license for daily local field visits.
- Strong verbal communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
