We are hiring dynamic and enthusiastic candidates for the following positions in the Real Estate Sales team.

Open Positions

- Sales Executive – Freshers
- Sales Manager – 1 to 1.5 years of experience
- Senior Sales Manager – 2 to 3 years of experience

Location Kelambakkam, Chennai

Experience

Fresher (Minimum 3 months experience preferred) to 3 years

Salary & Benefits

- CTC: ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 per month + Incentives
- Travel Allowance: ₹1,500 to ₹2,000 per month
- Attractive performance-based incentives

Incentive Structure
- Freshers: Minimum incentive of ₹10,000
- Experienced Candidates: ₹20 per sq. ft.
- Incentives may vary depending on the plot size and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and identify potential customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide complete information about real estate projects and properties.
- Conduct field sales activities and client meetings.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.




- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer handling and sales closure.

Mandatory Requirements
- Must be fluent in Tamil.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Comfortable working in field sales.
- Strong interest in sales and business development.
- Real estate sales experience will be an added advantage.
