KEY RESPONSIBILITIES-

Welcome clients and understand their requirements, preferences and budgets.

- Present company's furniture and other collections and explain materials, finishes, dimensions, customization options and pricing.
- Assist customers in selecting suitable products and provide a qualified showroom experience.
- Convert showroom enquiries and walk-ins into sales and build long-term client relationships.
- Record enquiries and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
- Follow up systematically on enquiries, quotations and pending decisions.
- Coordinate with designers and management on larger or customized requirements.
- Assist in preparing quotations, product specifications and order details.
- Coordinate with production, accounts, logistics and installation teams where required.
- Keep clients informed regarding orders, timelines and after-sales queries.
- Maintain familiarity with displayed products, samples, catalogues, new collections and pricing.
- Support showroom events, launches and client appointments when required.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS





- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, presentable and comfortable interacting with different types of customers.
- Strong customer-service orientation and consistent follow-up habits.
- Ability to understand products, materials, dimensions and pricing.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, email, MS Office/Excel and basic CRM or sales-management systems.
- Organized and capable of maintaining customer and enquiry records.
- Professional behavior appropriate for a premium customer-facing environment.
- Hindi and English communication skills required.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

- Graduate or diploma holder preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, retail or customer-facing roles preferred.
- Experience in furniture, interiors, home decor, luxury retail, real estate, hospitality or lifestyle products is an advantage.
- Candidates with strong communication and sales aptitude from other industries may also apply.
