Role Description This is a full time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Patna.

The Sales

Executive will identify and prospect potential educator and creator clients, present Creators Mind™ solutions, and conduct product demonstrations tailored to client needs.

Responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, following up on leads, negotiating pricing and terms, and closing new business to meet or exceed sales targets. The role also involves building long-term relationships, gathering client feedback to improve offerings,



maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and collaborating with marketing and product teams to support campaigns and product enhancements.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in consultative selling, lead generation, negotiation, and deal closing.
- Ability to build client relationships, manage accounts, and deliver clear, persuasive presentations.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, with confident public speaking and interpersonal abilities.
- Basic understanding of digital products and services, including apps, online platforms, and digital marketing concepts.
- Proven ability to work with sales targets, analyze sales data, and use CRM or sales tracking tools.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience in B2B or SaaS sales, especially in education or creator-focused platforms, is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
