At Deconcept Interiors, we specialize in bringing spaces to life. From inspiring commercial workspaces to beautiful, custom-designed residential homes, we deliver end-to-end interior design solutions. We are looking for a driven and passionate Sales Executive to join our growing team and help us connect with clients who are looking to transform their spaces.

- Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in both the residential (B2C) and commercial (B2B) markets.

- Client Consultations: Meet with prospective clients to understand their vision, space requirements, and budget constraints.

- Pitching & Presentations: Collaborate with our internal design team to present customized design proposals, 3D renders, and cost estimates to clients.

- Negotiation & Closing: Lead contract negotiations, overcome objections, and successfully close projects to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.

- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, real estate agents, builders, and architects to generate referral business.

- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and local market dynamics to identify new business avenues.

What We Are Looking For

- Experience:



Minimum 1 year of proven sales experience (Experience in interior design, building materials, or architecture is a strong plus).

- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to pitch confidently to high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients.

- Drive: Highly motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

- Industry Knowledge: A basic understanding of floor plans, design concepts, and project execution is preferred but not mandatory.

- Mobility: Willingness to travel within Kerala for client meetings and site visits.
