Roles and Responsibilities :
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to personal loans, credit cards, and other financial products.
- Process loan applications, conduct credit checks, and make lending decisions within the company's guidelines.
- Meet sales targets by upselling/cross-selling relevant financial products to existing customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and product offerings.
Job Requirements :
- 1-3 years of experience in telesales or a similar role in the banking industry.
- Solid knowledge of personal loans, credit cards, and other types of lending products.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively.
