Sales Executive / Business Development Executive

Job Summary

Bytepal Solutions is looking for a motivated and target-oriented Sales Executive (Field Sales) to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, connecting with potential clients, understanding their requirements, and converting prospects into customers for our IT products and services.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, social media, references, and other channels.
- Identify and approach potential B2B clients.
- Promote IT services including Website Development, App Development, IT Support, AMC, Cybersecurity, Antivirus Solutions, and Digital Solutions.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects and maintain the sales pipeline.
- Schedule client meetings, demos, and discussions.
- Prepare quotations and proposals in coordination with the technical team.
- Negotiate with clients and close sales effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, calls,



follow-ups, meetings, and conversions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build strong and long-term relationships with clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and project handover.

Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Good English communication is preferred.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Ability to handle objections and convert leads.
- Basic knowledge of IT/software services is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.

Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience: 1–2 years.
- Freshers with positive communication and sales skills are welcome.
- Candidates with B2B, IT sales, telecalling, software sales, or business development experience will be preferred.
