Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to drive business growth through lead generation, customer engagement, meetings, and site visits. The candidate will be responsible for understanding customer requirements and converting prospects into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities:

· Generate recent leads through calls, references, field visits, and other channels.

· Connect with potential customers and understand their requirements.

· Schedule and conduct customer meetings professionally.

· Coordinate and conduct site visits to assess customer requirements.

· Explain company products/services and provide suitable solutions.

· Prepare and share quotations and follow up with prospects.

· Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and customers.





· Coordinate with the technical and installation teams when required.

· Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, site visits, and sales activities.

· Work towards achieving assigned sales targets.

Required Skills:

· Good communication and interpersonal skills.

· Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.

· Customer-oriented approach.

· Willingness to travel for customer meetings and site visits.

· Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Sheets.

· Previous sales experience, preferably in solar / renewable energy, will be an advantage.

Qualification:

Graduate in any discipline. Freshers with good communication and sales aptitude may also apply.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
