About The Role

We are looking for a agile and target-oriented Sales Executive with experience in B2B Sales to drive new business opportunities and build strong client relationships in the waste management and environmental services sector.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, market research, networking and client visits.
- Generate leads and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing B2B clients.
- Conduct market mapping to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations and service offerings.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
- Maintain sales pipeline, customer interactions and activity reports.
- Monitor market trends,



competitor activities and customer requirements.
- Negotiate with clients and close business opportunities
- Candidate Requirements
- 2+ years of B2B Sales experience.
- Experience in Waste Management, Environmental Services, Facility Management, Industrial Services or related
- industries will be an advantage.
- Strong lead generation and customer relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Basic negotiation and closing skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
