Sales Executive - Outbound

What You Will Do As a Sales Executive - Outbound Calling, you will connect with prospective customers who have shown interest in Helium through our website, social media, marketplaces, campaigns, or partner channels.

Your role is to understand customer requirements, explain Helium’s products and features, address objections, and guide customers through their purchase journey.

Contact inbound leads generated through digital marketing campaigns, website enquiries, WhatsApp, marketplaces, and referral programs.

Manage and prioritize assigned leads efficiently.

Follow up consistently with prospects until a purchase decision is made. Maintain accurate lead status and interaction history in the CRM.

Ensure timely closure of high-intent opportunities.

Share customer insights and objections with marketing and product teams to improve campaigns and offerings.





Required Skills Excellent spoken Hindi and good spoken English Robust persuasion and negotiation skills Comfortable working with CRM systems and spreadsheets Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
