Key Requirements & Responsibilities:
Graduate in any discipline.
Valuable communication skills in Hindi & English.
Prior experience in tele-calling / customer care / customer handling preferred.
Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally.
Attend to customer queries, complaints and grievances and coordinate for timely resolution.
Soft-spoken, polite and patient while communicating with customers.
Maintain basic records and follow-ups of customer calls and complaints.
Basic knowledge of computer, WhatsApp and MS Office.
