About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Executive who will be responsible for cold calling, lead generation, lead qualification, follow-ups, and scheduling meetings with potential customers for the BDM.

Key Responsibilities

- Make daily outbound calls to prospective corporate customers.
- Identify and connect with HR Heads, L&D; Heads, Training Managers, and other decision-makers.
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, CRM, company websites, databases, and referrals.
- Understand customer requirements related to LMS, LXP, E-Learning, Training, Compliance, and HR/L&D; solutions.
- Qualify leads based on requirement, decision-maker, business need, and timeline.
- Handle basic objections and create interest in Fidus solutions.
- Schedule and confirm qualified meetings with the BDM.
- Follow up regularly with interested and potential customers.




- Maintain accurate CRM records, call details, lead status, and follow-up dates.
- Share prospect requirements and relevant information with the BDM before meetings.
- Provide daily/weekly updates on sales activities and leads.

Candidate Profile
- 23 years of experience in SDR, BDR, Inside Sales, B2B Sales, Lead Generation, Cold Calling, SaaS, EdTech, HR Tech, LMS/LXP, or E-Learning.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with senior professionals.
- Strong cold calling, follow-up, and lead qualification skills.
- Target-oriented, persistent, and self-motivated.
- Comfortable handling rejection and working with sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of CRM, MS Excel/Google Sheets, Email, LinkedIn, and Sales Navigator.
