Role & responsibilities

- Execute sales strategies for diesel generator solutions across the assigned region

- Identify and generate new business opportunities in industrial, commercial, and infrastructure sectors

- Take complete ownership of leads from generation to final closure

- Drive solid follow-ups, negotiations, and ensure timely deal closures

- Build and maintain relationships with clients, EPC contractors, and consultants

- Understand customer requirements and propose suitable DG solutions

- Prepare techno-commercial proposals, BOQs, and quotations

- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently

- Maintain accurate sales data and updates in CRM systems

- Strong ability to close deals and convert leads into business

- Excellent communication, negotiation & client handling skills

- Target-driven and result-oriented mindset

- Technical aptitude with solution-based selling approach
